Pokémon Center Official X Account Terms and Conditions for X Campaigns

Eligibility Requirements

  • Participants must be residents (Entries by corporations or joint posts by multiple individuals are not permitted) of Japan and registered users of X who agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Participants X accounts settings must be set to "Public."

Important Notes

  • An X account is required to participate.
  • Participants whose posts are set to "Private" are ineligible to receive prizes.
  • Entries submitted outside of the campaign period will be excluded from the draw.
  • Images used are for illustrative purposes only. The actual prizes may vary.
  • Prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating.

Terms of Entry

Before entering the campaign conducted by Pokémon Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") via X, you are requested to read the following carefully and ensure you agree to the contents. At the time of entry, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any posts or entries determined by the Company to be fraudulent, including but not limited to automated posts via programs or data manipulation, will be excluded from the draw.
  • The campaign may be unavoidably suspended or its contents modified due to server or network failures, X platform outages, or changes in X's specifications.
  • The Company shall not be held liable for any trouble or damage (whether direct or indirect) resulting from your participation in this campaign.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of participants' posts, including those related to this campaign, or any trouble arising from them. Participants bear full responsibility for the consequences arising from their posts. In the event of a dispute with a third party, the participant shall resolve the issue at their own expense and responsibility.
  • This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with X or its operating company.
  • Any internet connection fees or communication costs incurred during participation are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • The Company cannot be held responsible for any internet connection troubles that occur during communication.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the interruption or suspension of this campaign resulting from the operating environment of X and its related applications.
  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a change, the revised terms shall apply immediately.
  • When using X, please ensure you review and comply with their respective terms of service.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Pokémon Center Official X Account Terms of Use for Downloadable Materials

  1. Materials available for download on the Pokémon Center Official X account (hereinafter referred to as "Downloadable Materials") are managed by Pokémon Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Downloadable Materials are provided free of charge strictly for personal use as wallpaper images or as icons/profile pictures on social media. Please not use them for any other purposes.
  2. These Downloadable Materials must not be used by corporate social media accounts (e.g., official corporate X accounts). Please note that the Company cannot respond to individual inquiries from corporations regarding the use of these materials.
  3. Regardless of the means or format, the Downloadable Materials must not be modified, transferred, adapted, lent, used for secondary purposes, or used commercially.
  4. Please note that the Company may request you to cease using the Downloadable Materials, or take any measures the Company deems necessary, if:
    • They are used for purposes other than wallpapers or social media icons/profile pictures;
    • They are used in connection with criminal acts or acts against public order or morals;
    • Their use may damage the brand image of Pokémon; or
    • The Company otherwise determines such action to be necessary.
  5. All rights to the Downloadable Materials belong to the Company. The intellectual property rights contained within the Downloadable Materials are protected by the Company or third parties holding legitimate rights.
  6. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising in connection with the use of the Downloadable Materials. Users must use the Downloadable Materials at their own risk. If damages are caused to the Company or rightful third parties in connection with the user's use of the Downloadable Materials, the Company may seek compensation for such damages from the users.
  7. By using the Downloadable Materials, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use without objection.
  8. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
